Quality Improvement Program DevelopmentQPS consultants are certified professionals in Health Care Quality and in Health Care Risk Management. Your Staff will be trained to identify appropriate key quality performance indicators for safety, effectiveness, patient centricity, timeliness, efficiency, and accessibility for all of the core health care services provided by your organization.
