Company Profile
In today's complex and challenging healthcare environment, behavioral health care

Introduction of Monica Cooke, CEO
Ms. Cooke is the founder of Quality Plus Solutions, LLC. She has over 30 years of
extensive business experience in the behavioral health care and substance abuse fields(with adults, adolescents,
and children). Her credentials include a Master's Degree in Health Care Administration and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. She is a Registered Nurse,
Certified in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing, a Certified Professional in Health Care Quality, and a Certified Professional in Health Care
Risk Management. Ms. Cooke also functions in the role of a Legal Nurse Expert Witness/Consultant.
QPS was organized to provide quality professional services to your
behavioral health care organization. Ms. Cooke believes that her firm can provide needed support to your organization as you actively
seek to improve the quality of services that you provide to your clientele and as you seek to reduce your risk exposure. QPS will be a valuable
professional consulting partner assisting your organization in obtaining risk and quality improvements and
